We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing Orsett Hall Spa. Our spa is a beautiful, contemporary retreat that offers a range of luxurious treatments and spa days. To ensure your visit is pleasurable, please be advised of our rules and general etiquette below. 

Booking Information 

Please allow time prior to arrival to complete your medical consultation form, if you have not completed this prior to arrival. If you are delayed, your treatment may have to be shortened so as not to inconvenience the next booking. Treatment times will be allocated at the time of booking, please note that these times are approximate and while we will make every effort to honour these, we do reserve the right to change or amend the times without your prior knowledge or consent.  

  

General Information 

If facility access is included in your booking a complimentary robe, towel and flip flops will be provided to you on arrival for your comfort whilst you enjoy the facilities at Orsett Hall Spa; we ask for these to be returned upon departure. Please bring your own swimwear. Our lockers are available in our changing facilities and you will require a £1 coin to use them, this is refundable. Parking is available on site for all guests. 

  

Age Restrictions 

Please note that our spa facilities (including pool use) are for guests aged 16 and over only. Guests aged 18 years and under are not eligible for any body treatments. However, we can offer facials, manicures and pedicures to those aged 16 – 18 years, as long as a parent/guardian is present during the treatment. 

  

Pregnancy 

The safety of you and your unborn baby is of utmost importance to us. Because of this, we recommend that during your visit, you do not use any of our heat experiences (Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi). For treatments, we ask guests upon booking how many weeks/months pregnant they are as this may affect the treatments that we can offer to you. If you have not mentioned this on booking, or have any further queries, please contact our team. 

  

Medical Information 

At the Orsett Hall Spa, our guest’s health comes first and therefore there are certain medical conditions and medications that prevent us being able to perform certain treatments. Due to this, we ask that if you are taking any medication or have/had any medical conditions (including but not limited to cancer, heart condition, liver problems, kidney disease or surgeries) in the past 5 years, you must make our team aware on booking. Once we have this information, our team can then advise what we can offer to you.

  

Cancellations 

14 Day Cancellation Policy. 

Spa Day Packages are able to be cancelled without any cancellation fee up to 14 days prior to the scheduled Spa Day. Your Spa Day pre-payment will be refunded back to the card used to pay. Please note that this can take up to 10 working days to reach your account once processed.  

Any cancellations less than 14 days prior to thescheduled Spa Day, a 100% cancellation fee will be due.  

For all overnight spa packages, the cancellation period is 14 days and all payments made towards the reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Aftercare 

Why not continue your Spa experience at home? Most of our products are available for purchase at our reception. Our team will be delighted to assist you with your choices.
